NATIONAL LIFESAVING POOL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2010 

 Nippers (8-13yrs) Saturday 6th March - Start time 8.30am

Youth (13-19yrs) Sunday 7th March – start time 8.30am

Seniors (16yrs+) and Masters (30+yrs) 14th & 15th March – start time 8.30am   

The swimming championships with a difference! Surf Life Saving GB invites all swimmers to use all their skills in our Lifesaving Pool Championships (pool rescue events) at Cardiff International Pool.  Events include 50m, 100m, 200m Obstacle race - swimming under 2 gates and manikin races includes swimming with and without swim fins.  All races are run under International Life Saving rules.

Medal results for Croyde Masters Team for the Devon Stills 2010:  

Croyde 2nd place with 355 points   9 golds, 15 silvers, 10 bronzes totalling 34 medals  

GOLDS  4 Lara Lane, 3 Warren Latham, 1 Liz Hall and Hazel Short

SILVERS 2 Warren Latham, Liz Hall, Lara Lane, James Hood, Leroy Thommen,Carl Priscott,  1 Jen Windsor, Rich Windsor, Ian Bennett,                                   

BRONZES 3 Leroy Thommen, 2 Chris Reed, Liz Hall, 1 Ian Bennett, Lara Lane, Carl Priscott,  

Also making up the 15 member team with excellent scores were Simon Ward, Jayne Begley, Peter Makepeace, Phil Stanier.

Nippers (Devon Stillwaters) at North Devon Leisure Centre  please download and sign the form sent out to you recently, pop it in an envelope with your fee and give it to Anita or Judith who takes the register. (Anita 891154)

Youth (13-19yrs) Sunday 24th January – start time 8.30am

Youth (Devon Stillwater) also at North Devon Leisure Centre - please sign your slip which Richard will hand out this week) and give it to Jenny or Rich with your £10 fee ASAP  (Jenny 890101)  I will also send one online to download.

Seniors and Masters (Devon Stillwaters) - again at ND Leisure Centre  please let either Ian/James/Liz Hall know that you are up for it and give them £10 fee in an envelope with your details.
